FPL Festive Fundraiser 2025: A Season for Change

As a volunteer-led community space that is not-for-profit, The Female Product Lead relies on the contributions of its members to be the vibrant space it is today.

From the leadership team to our lovely community members, we all provide advice, connection and a supportive sounding board for anyone who joins and asks for help. We take pride in our product management, coaching and leadership abilities which means that you are never short of a good conversation on any of our channels. We aim to empower all of our members to find what's best for them in their journey across product management, especially knowing that

The Female Product Lead mission has been the same from its inception: 'Clearing the way to inclusive product leadership. Information that is free now and free forever.' We know that our mission is important since we can see how many people have given up some of their time to help the next generation of product managers learn and be prepared for whatever comes their way. From helpful conversations on our Slack community, to free events that offer networking opportunities and amazing learning topics to mentorship, our community provides a bit of guidance for everyone, at any stage of their PM journey.

As you can imagine, running a community interest company (or a CIC) does come with costs. Between November 17th and December 17th 2025, we are going to be running a month-long 'Season for change' online fundraising campaign to help us cover some of the plans we have for 2026 and beyond.
