Who we are
The Female Product Lead is a volunteer-led, not-for-profit community built by its members. We’re a supportive, vibrant network of product leaders who share advice, connections, and real-world experience.
From our leadership team to every community member, we create a space where women can learn from one another, build confidence, and navigate their product leadership journey with support. Our Slack channels, events, and peer-to-peer mentorship are powered by generous knowledge-sharing and a belief in lifting each other up.
Our mission
Our mission is simple: "Clearing the way to inclusive product leadership." Support and events will be free now, free forever.
We empower and connect women in product through free events, practical advice, meaningful connections, and accessible learning. Our members volunteer their time to help others grow, offering mentorship, community support, and opportunities to develop at every stage of the product leadership journey.
Through a combination of partnership donations, sponsored events and fundraising via direct campaigns, grants and more, we continue to offer all of our events, courses and accessible support for free to the community.
After an amazing year of meaningful growth, we're excited to say that we are looking to expand our impact in 2026.
Between November 17th and December 17th 2025, we're running our 'A Season for Change' online fundraising campaign as a part of our fundraising strategy to fuel impact in 2026.
