Every response matters. Thank you for taking a few minutes to tell us about your experiences with Female Product Lead (FPL) and the difference our community makes to you.

As a Community Interest Company (CIC), we're here to create positive change. We need to understand, measure and report on the impact we make, but we also want to hear directly from the people at the heart of our community.

Your feedback helps us understand what's working, where we can do more, and how we can make FPL even more valuable to you.

It also helps us build a stronger case for funding and grants. The more we can demonstrate the difference we're making, the better equipped we are to secure the financial support needed to grow our impact.

Why does funding matter?

Much of what FPL offers depends on the time, energy and generosity of our community. But growing our impact also takes resources. Funding and grants could help us invest in our mentoring programme, deliver more events and learning opportunities, develop resources that support inclusive leadership, and reach people who might otherwise miss out. Your feedback helps us demonstrate the need for this work and make the case for the support that will help us deliver it.Every response helps us tell that story. Every insight helps us make better decisions. And every bit of support brings us closer to the inclusive product leadership community we're working to build.

Prize Draw – Terms & Conditions

Three prizes are available. Eligible survey submissions received by 11:59 pm UK time on 1 December 2026 will be entered into the prize draw. Three winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries on 2 December 2026 and notified by email.

No purchase is necessary to enter. Entry is free and limited to one entry per person. The prize draw is open to individuals aged 18 or over who are eligible to receive the advertised prizes in their country of residence. Any geographical restrictions or other eligibility requirements will be dealt with appropriate alternatives where possible

Winners must respond to the notification email within 14 days to claim their prize. If a winner does not respond within this period, FPL reserves the right to select an alternative winner at random.

Prizes are non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and are subject to any stated restrictions or redemption conditions. FPL will confirm the prize details and any applicable delivery or redemption arrangements with the winners.

Personal information provided for the prize draw will be used to administer the draw and contact winners. It will be handled in accordance with FPL's privacy policy and applicable data protection legislation.

FPL reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel the prize draw where necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
